(20) Subject to such tolerances as the Secretary of Agriculture is authorized to prescribe under the provisions of this chapter— (A) the term “false labeling” means any labeling which is false or misleading in any particular; (B) the term “false advertisement” means any advertisement which is false or misleading in any particular.
